On November 2, Vice Chairman Ambassador Rich Verma received the “Outstanding Leadership in Public Service” award from the U.S.-India Chamber of Commerce at the 18th Annual Awards Banquet in Dallas, Texas. The honor recognizes individuals who have demonstrated excellence in public service, and rewards outstanding achievements and contributions in serving the public individually or through institutions that lead to a more effective and responsive public administration here in the United States or in countries worldwide. At the banquet, Ambassador Verma also participated in a keynote conversation with Indian Ambassador Navtej Sarna on U.S.-India relations.
